Positive Communities Ltd is a legal Not-for-Profit Organisation, delivering supporting vulnerable residents throughout the Humber and Lincolnshire region. Providing mentoring and support programmes for residents with multiple barriers in life. Through repeated failures in social well-being and the development destruction habits, at risk individuals have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together. To accomplish this goal, individuals must be in a caring, inclusive, and welcoming environment that promotes their best efforts and reinforces personal respect.
